As our Director of Customer Success you are ultimately responsible for the complete post-sales lifecycle of a PDM customer, and through your partnership, users will derive maximum value from being a part of PDM, leading to project success, retention, and renewal. Few roles provide such a direct impact on the growth of the company and your team manages our most strategic customers. Customer Success is PDM’s top priority, and it will be your responsibility to develop and improve our processes to efficiently take over ownership post-sales, ensure continuous engagement and industry-leading customer satisfaction. This is as a key role in a young, highly recognized SaaS startup. As PDM’s adoption is growing exponentially, you will be an essential early team member, reporting to the CEO.
